Regis Prograis is considered by most to be the best in his weight class. The New Orleans southpaw fighter has been going on a tour taking down all of the junior welterweights. Last night was his 22nd fight. The fight took place in his hometown of New Orleans at the Lakefront Arena. His opponent Juan Jose Velasco didn’t last that long after a body shot sent him tumbling like Joe Frazier.
