New Orleans culture finds it’s way to mainstream again.

A few days ago we wrote about a video posted by Vox that talked about New Orleans Bounce music inspiring N.E.R.D’s Lemon.

Well this morning Q93’s Wild Wayne posted a video showing Bruno Mars‘ New Orleans inspired dance moves. The “beenie weenie” is a local New Orleans dance popularized by DJ Jubilee. It was later resurfaced through Hot Boy Ronald.
