Jet Life’s T.Y. is a rising star in the making.

It’s been a few years since Curren$y introduced the youngest member of Jet Life, son of B.G., T.Y. He is a very talented rapper, and song-writer who has a smooth yet rough delivery similar to that of his pops. Curren$y saw potential in the young rapper and mentored him into the rising star he is today. T.Y. has released a decent amount of projects with the Jets including his 3 part Son of a Gangsta series(2014, 2015, 2017), and my personal favorite, Run Dat Shit(2016).

He helped form the Ghetto Children collaboration under Juvenile last year and released a project entitled the Ghetto Children World Premiere EP. They also released a video for their single Suited and Booted. They were featured on popular magazines and The Breakfast Club during a Juvenile interview.

T.Y. also starred in Curren$y’s Revolver short film with his fellow Ghetto Children, Lil Soulja Slim, and Young Juve. The young jet has the chance of a lifetime. Not many young artists get the opportunity to study one of the most consistent MCs in the rap game.
