Check out this article to get a recap of her 2019 successes

It’s said that “New Orleanians plan dinner while sitting around eating lunch”. I’m sure Natalie Tate of YourInnerFatGirl does just that as she welcomes her 4 year anniversary of “FatGirl”!

In 2016 Natalie begin YourInnerFatGirl as literally that, a fat girl exploring the ins and outs of food.

Since then Natalie has transformed the brand tremendously, from online blog posts to being features in online publications, a number of interviews and selling merchandise to foodies across the U.S.

Last year YourInnerFatGirl was recognized by Buzzfeeds “Bring Me”, a segment that showcases the best spots to travel in cities across the world.

OffBeatMagazine serves as the “definitive guide” to New Orleans culture. OFFBeat Magazine reached out to feature Tate in the foodie section of their magazine. In that excerpt, she gives her favorite meal of all time and recommends where’d she take NOLA tourist when they first arrive. “ Neyow’s off top. Char-grilled oysters to start, fish platter (fried hard), mac n cheese, carrot souffle, greens and bread pudding for dessert.”

Tate was also featured on Law According to Bre, A MillionXRoses and The Wine Down hosted by Whitley Krism where she talked about the release of her infamous “Fat Girls Taste Better” shirts.

From that very popular tshirt came $9,000 in sales within 10 months of being launched with no advertisement or paid promotion. Tate says, “It was all organic from my social media influence and word of mouth”

Her t-shirt sold on her website and Kays, a boutique on Magazine Street.

2020, is very exciting for YourInnerFatGirl brand! Turn on your post notifications to follow up on a visual interview, showcasing what she has in store next.
