Submit your media

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page — your cover photo/video, IG handle, and the details of what's happening.

We review it

Checked against our editorial standard and written up in the NGZ voice. If your cover doesn't clear, we'll ask for one swap — no rebooking needed.

It goes live

Posted within 48 hours of approval. If you booked a Feed Post or the Bundle, accept the Collab invite once it's up so it lands on your own grid too.

A quick gut-check on both ends so nothing bounces back.

Media specs

  • Cover: a real photo or video — not a flyer
  • Flyers/graphics welcome as slide 2 onward
  • Crop: 4:5 or 1:1 for feed, 9:16 for stories
  • Video under 60 seconds
  • File types: JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV

What to include

  • Your Instagram handle
  • What's happening — date, time, location if relevant
  • Any link you want included
  • Requested posting date (48-hr minimum lead time)
