Food trucks are the cornerstone of fast food on the go. We find ourselves in a split decision between which truck to visit during lunch, or while our with friends. Well we want to make that decision a little easier for you by telling about Rollin Fatties, a local favorite among food truck lovers in New Orleans.

I stumbled across this truck a few times and became a regular after a few weeks! They serve delicious fattie’ burritos, rice bowls, tacos and nachos.
