This Privacy Policy explains how Newtral Groundz LLC (“Newtral Groundz,” “NGZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through newtralgroundz.com and related pages, forms, and communications that link to this policy (the “Site”), including our email list and text messaging program. It covers our divisions: NGZ Media, NGZ Live, NGZ Music / Jazz Bounce Records, and NGZ Studios.

No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent data will be transferred or shared with any third party, affiliate, or partner for their independent business or marketing purposes.
All other sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile phone numbers, opt-in records, and message interaction data are used only to deliver the text messages you requested, respond to support requests, honor opt-outs, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. They are shared only with the messaging service providers and carriers that deliver our messages on our behalf, who may not use them for their own purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Your participation in the text messaging program is also subject to the SMS terms in our Terms & Conditions.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. Subject to Section 6, we may share information:
- With service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and text delivery, ticketing, payment processing, and analytics. They may use it only to perform those services.
