In this interview we talk to Chef Derek Robinson at his restaurant Mad Chef at 59th located at Miracle Plaza in New Orleans East. After learning the culinary arts at Nunez and leveraging priceless information from legendary entrepreneurs like Jesseca Dupart, and Raynell “Supa” Steward; Derek starting building his culinary empire.
