The 5th Ward Wordsmith: LG has solidified himself as one of New Orleans’ next big artists with his new EP Jahvon! [Listen]

This EP left us speechless, and our phones on repeat.

We’ve talked about LG in the past. His interview with Sway was beyond impressive, and his music has always been pleasing to our ears. But this project was on another level!

LG released his self titled EP Jahvon a yesterday and we’ve been running it back ever since. The marketing beyond this project made it hard to believe that he is still an independent artist. The creative direction and execution was amazing. He gave us a fresh sound while holding onto his New Orleans roots.

We definitely recommend this project to people who are interested in real life lyrics with substance. We also recommend this to people who love feel good music. LG set the bar with this one in 2018, we are excited to see where this goes!

Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments.
