Breaking: Police Shootout/Manhunt on Bullard Ave. In New Orleans East After Levee District Police Officer Was Fired On.

New Orleans East woke up to something out of a Michael Bay film.

While driving to make my morning errands I stumbled across 20 police cars outlining the entire left side of Bullard. I went to twitter to gain insight on what happened and there were people mentioning a shootout that took place on Bullard.

This is happening live. We will keep you updated on the story as it develops.
