One day I got a call from JT the Publicist about a client that he wanted to introduce me to. I didn’t know that I’d be meeting one of Louisiana’s top chefs, Christian Green. Chef Green studied at Dillard University before going on to compete on FOX’s Master Chef where he became a top 5 finalist. He’s been cooking in New Orleans for over 15 years and has even studied under the “Queen of Creole Cuisine” Leah Chase.
He invited us into his home to listen to his story and to film him creating his world famous crawfish bread. We connected with a few of our friends to do the taste testing and made our way to Christian’s.
Check out the full video below and let us know if you try out his recipe!
