Dee-1 has been on our radar since we started the site. We are inspired by his ambition, creativity, and moral fiber. We got the chance to sit down with him in our studio to talk about a few things. He first talked about his local influences from New Orleans. We also asked him about the current state of New Orleans hip hop, and where he thinks it’s going.
Dee-1 opened up about how he felt about the news that C-Murder may be seeing freedom soon. He also highlighted Mac’s case and stated that some things are going on in his case that can lead to his freedom. This was a great interview!
