By accessing or using newtralgroundz.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. “Newtral Groundz,” “NGZ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Newtral Groundz LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, and its divisions, including NGZ Media, NGZ Live, NGZ Music / Jazz Bounce Records, and NGZ Studios.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Purchases, event ticketing, submissions, and enrollment in our text messaging program require you to be at least 18, or to have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some events may carry separate age requirements (for example, 21+).
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the Effective Date above will be updated. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
All content on the Site, including articles, photos, videos, music, audio, graphics, logos, characters, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Newtral Groundz LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. JAZZ BOUNCE® is a registered trademark of Newtral Groundz LLC. Newtral Groundz, NGZ, Good Newz, and related names and logos are trademarks of Newtral Groundz LLC.
You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use with credit and a link back to the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, remix, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.
If the Site offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at media@newtralgroundz.com of any unauthorized use.
If you submit content to us (including comments, music, demos, photos, story tips, interview requests, or event submissions), you:

Merchandise, digital products, event tickets, and services (including advertising, content production, and Good Newz brand interviews) may be subject to additional terms presented at purchase.
The Site may link to or embed third-party sites and services (for example, streaming platforms, ticketing providers, and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
These SMS terms govern the text messaging program operated by Newtral Groundz LLC (the “SMS Program”).
Program description. If you opt in, you will receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from Newtral Groundz. These include event announcements, ticket on-sale and presale alerts, new music and content releases, merchandise drops, and special offers. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
How you opt in. You join the SMS Program only by taking an affirmative step, such as checking an unchecked consent box next to a mobile number field on our Site or event forms. Consent to receive text messages is collected separately from your acceptance of these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Opting in is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods, tickets, or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on our event and release schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and billed under your mobile plan. Newtral Groundz does not charge a fee for the SMS Program.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly:
Your mobile number. You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate your number, reply STOP from the old number before doing so, or notify us so we can remove it.
Carriers and delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and coverage, and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Information collected through the SMS Program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Editorial content reflects the views of its authors and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newtral Groundz LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, content, products, events, or the SMS Program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Newtral Groundz LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to media@newtralgroundz.com that includes: identification of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Newtral Groundz regarding the Site.
