New Sculptures Debut at Poydras Corridor with Monumental Deity and Parade Exhibits

New Orleans (press release) – The Helis Foundation has recently debuted two impressive sculptures at the Poydras Corridor Sculpture Exhibition (PCSE). The first piece, “Monumental Deity XXV” by George Dunbar, is a striking bronze sculpture rising over 14 feet tall, positioned between Camp St. and St. Charles Avenue. The second piece, “Parade” by Wyatt Kahn, features an abstract form made from rusted steel, along with everyday objects, and stretches over 16 feet wide. This installation is located between Carondelet St. and St. Charles Avenue. Both artworks aim to enrich the corridor’s aesthetics and artistic atmosphere.

PCSE is the premier rotating public sculpture exhibition in the South, currently showcasing 14 pieces and planning an additional installation for later this summer.
