Jay Electronica is a rapper from the Magnolia Projects in New Orleans. He’s a one of a kind artist with rhymes that touch your soul. He’s also a very controversial rapper that stems from him not releasing a lot of music over his career’s span.
This has led people to question his validity as an artist altogether. I disagree with those claims and personally feel that Jay Electronica should be put in the ranks with other hip hop legends. I put together a video detailing why I feel that Jay Eleclive from New Orleans should be considered a rap legend.
