Tamar Braxton & Boosie to Headline the 2024 Westbank Heritage Food & Music Festival

New Orleans, LA –The Westbank Heritage Food & Music Festival, a two-day celebration of culture, music, and food, is taking place on September 21st and 22nd from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Alario Center, located at 2000 Segnette Blvd. in Westwego, Louisiana. This free-to-attend event will bring together an exciting mix of renowned artists, local talent, and mouth-watering cuisine, making it an unmissable experience for the whole family.

Headlining the festival are Tamar Braxton, who will take center stage on Saturday, September 21st, and Boosie alongside Con Funk Shun on Sunday, September 22nd. Other performers throughout the weekend include local favorites such as Keith Frank, The Roots of Music, EDT Dance Team, Lil Prince Charmin, Arthur Young, and many more. Festivalgoers can also look forward to sets from DJs like DJ Polo & Friends and DJ Poppa, ensuring non-stop energy and entertainment across both days.



In addition to the stellar music lineup, the festival offers a variety of experiences for all ages, including a Kids Zone, over 25 food and craft vendors along the vibrant Bestbank Boulevard, and an exclusive VIP experience at the Bestbank Lounge.

Sunday, September 22nd, will also feature the highly anticipated 3rd Annual Gospel Explosion from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, highlighting some of the most powerful voices in the region. The lineup includes Kim Che’re, Arthur Clayton & Anointed for Purpose, and performances from the Morning Star Baptist Church Mass Choir, Franklin Avenue Baptist Church Choir, Westside Mass Choir, and Cotton Melody Productions, offering a spiritually uplifting experience for attendees.

While entry to the festival is free, parking will be available for $15, and a clear bag policy will be enforced for everyone’s safety.
